We provide notary services in Adams County, Dauphin County, Cumberland County, York County, Lancaster County, and Chester County.

These fees cover the administrative cost and convenience of bringing the notary office to your location. The state-mandated notary fee ($5 per stamp) is calculated separately at the time of signing.

(Note: Mileage is calculated round-trip from our office in Glen Rock, PA. Example: A visit 10 miles away is calculated as 20 miles total travel.)

Base Call-Out Fee + $2.00 per mile (round trip).  Applies to standard business and residential appointments.

We specialize in empathetic service for medical facilities and senior living communities.

Base Call-Out Fee + $2.00 per mile (round trip) Includes specialized care and patience required for medical settings. After-Hours & Weekend Service fees do not apply.

Hospital Visits Includes up to 30 minutes of bedside time to accommodate potential nurse interruptions, patient needs, or security check-ins.

Nursing Home / Assisted Living Guarantee:

Wait time fees are fully WAIVED for nursing home visits. We understand that residents may need extra time, care, or assistance locating ID, and we do not rush these appointments.

Base Call-Out Fee + $2.50 per mile (round trip) Applies to appointments scheduled for evenings (after 6 PM) or Saturdays/Sundays.

Recommended for Real Estate Closings, Estate Plans, or appointments involving more than 6 notarizations.

Loan / Real Estate Signing Agent Service: $200.00 – $250.00 Flat Fee 

Includes printing of loan package (up to 150 pages), travel (up to 20 miles with additional mileage at $2.00 per mile), all necessary notarizations, and dropping documents at FedEx/UPS immediately after signing.

Estate Planning Package: $125.00 Flat Fee 

Designed for Wills, POAs, and Health Directives. Includes travel (up to 15 miles with additional mileage at $2.00 per mile) and all notarizations for one person/family.

Large Package (more than 6 notarizations): $125.00 Flat Fee 

Designed for individuals with more than 6 notarizations. Includes travel (up to 15 miles with additional mileage at $2.00 per mile).

If your document requires witnesses (e.g., Wills, POAs) and you cannot provide them, we can arrange for a witness or witnesses to accompany the notary.

Witness Provision Fee: $50.00 per witness This is an administrative fee for the service of securing and transporting a witness to your location. This is separate from any notarization fees, package fees, or pricing detailed above.

Wait Time (Standard Appointments) First 15 minutes are complimentary. $25.00 per 15-minute block thereafter.

Printing Concierge $25.00 Setup Fee + $0.75 per page.  All printed documents are professionally organized and secured in a folder or binder for ease of review and safekeeping.

Rush Fee +$45.00 surcharge for same-day appointments booked with less than 4 hours' notice.

Courier / Shipping Drop-off $30.00 Handling Fee. We will package and drop off your signed documents at FedEx or UPS or an agreed upon location within the area. (Client must provide the pre-paid shipping label).

 These fees are set by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are added to the invoice based on the specific acts performed.
